Murad Nuri is a transportation infrastructure and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) expert with an engineering background. He has over 6 years of professional experience in large-scale infrastructure investments, capital project valuation, feasibility analyses, implementation supervision, and project portfolio management.

He completed his undergraduate education in Civil Engineering at Yıldız Technical University, and then received his Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Structural Mechanics from Middle East Technical University. He is currently pursuing his PhD studies at Istanbul Technical University, with a thesis titled "Risk-Based Decision Framework for PPP Model Selection in Urban Transportation Infrastructure".

Throughout his professional career, he has overseen site design and coordinated international stakeholders on the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant project, which has an investment size of approximately 20 billion USD; he has also held multidisciplinary project and portfolio management responsibilities within the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality for urban rail system investments compliant with European Bank for Reconstruction and Development financing and standards.

Combining his technical expertise with a project finance and investment analysis perspective, Murad Nuri specializes in the economic and financial feasibility of infrastructure investments, risk analysis, PPP modeling studies, project evaluation processes, and performance management of capital projects. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and actively works in the fields of financial modeling and investment evaluation.
