She started her career as a Management Trainee in the Corporate Banking Department of Kentbank in 1999.

Having a solid background of successfully working in strategic positions in leading companies in the banking, energy, renewable energy, construction, and EPC sectors, Ayşegül served as Corporate Banking Manager at HSBC Bank and corporate finance director at Gama Holding and Doğanlar Investment Holding/Biotrend Energy. Since November 2021, she has been engaged in consultancy in project/investment financing, mergers and acquisitions, and financial management. Ayşegül is also an advisory board member of MANDATR (www.mandatr.com), Türkiye’s first and only M&A platform.

Ayşegül graduated  from  Ankara Tevfik Fikret  High  School and then Economics  Department (English) of Hacettepe University.

Since creating a vast international network, Ayşegül is specialized in corporate banking, financial planning /reporting /modeling,  cost control/budget management,  corporate finance,  Project /investment /foreign trade finance, cash/loan management, strategic business planning, and contract /agreement management. She holds the Certificate of Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Ayşegül is a three-star diver from CMAS (World Underwater Federation) engaged in underwater photography and photography. She is a member of ASMMMO (Ankara Chamber of Certified Public Accountants),  IFSAK  (Istanbul  Photography and  Cinema  Amateurs  Association),  and  Ankara Underwater Club.
